We Made It! 52/52.#LifeThisWeek 2018.134.

Thank you all.

Yes, we made it. Each Monday to come here and read, join in with a blog post link up and comment.

Some of my blogging friends have had big changes in their lives: I know there have been travel experiences far and wide around this world of ours. I do also know that some of the bloggers have struggled through life transitions of job changes, moving house, starting new courses, having health issues to overcome and losing loved family members. Sadly.

There is no doubt in my mind, this community here, and ones where I also join in here, are living, breathing and caring ones and I am very grateful for the connections. Always. In 2018 a much loved link up ceased…so I for one am hoping these lovely link ups continue into 2019.

Now, for the round-up of blog posts for 2018 on Mondays for Life This Week. I was going to use my teacher-voice and call it an award…but it’s not. #LifeThisWeek starts for 2019 on Monday 7 January:

1/51. Hello Again. 7/1/19

2/51. “Word/Intention/Nothing” 2019.. 14/1/19

In the meantime I will be making up some new prompts.

The GOOD news is Share Your Snaps will continue every 5th week

And, good old Taking Stock, around each 9th week.

See you there!

You can link up something old or new, just come on in. * Please add just ONE post each week! * Feel free to go with the prompt for the week to add your ‘take’ on the prompt. Or not. * Please do stay to comment on my post as I always reply and it’s a bloggy thing to do! * Check out what others are up to by leaving a comment because we all love our comments, right! * Add a link back to this blog in your post somewhere. I don’t have a ‘button’ so a link in text is fine! *Posts deemed by me, the owner of the blog and the link-up, to be unsuitable for my audience will be deleted without notice. * THANK you for linking up today!

Joining Alicia here for Open Slather and Kell here for Mummy Mondays.

Next Year’s Life This Week commences on Monday 7 January with: Hello Again, as the optional prompt.

  1. Thank you, Denyse, for hosting #lifethisweek this year, and your round-up of posts with higher engagement and number of comments. I wish you a merry Christmas and a healthy, happy New Year!

    • Thanks very much Natalie. I have enjoyed your shared travels. Sending you warmest wishes from Australia and see you back here, I hope, on 7 January.

      Denyse x

  2. What a year indeed! It’s been a hard one for both of us, but I see light at the end of the tunnel and a return to positivity and good things in 2019. I’m planning on blogging more in 2019 so hoping to join you more often than not here, with this wonderful community.

Thanks for being an amazing host and for your support on and offline this year. All the best for a wonderful Christmas with your family x

    • Oh yes, please…I am not sure about what the new year will bring but we have done it tough. Sending my love and appreciation for your on-going support during my cancer thing…while you were caught up with all you needed to do and be for your mum.

Here’s to more coffee and chats in 2019 and more blogging sounds like a plan.

Have a great Christmas….hard as it might be as the first without Mum….

      Denyse x

  3. Thanks so much for your efforts Denyse, it’s been great getting to know you and connecting! You’ve had a big year, as have I losing two special men in my life this year and gaining my first grandchild. It’s a hard time of year in many ways but we will celebrate as life has to go on….see you in 2019! All the best to you and your family.

    • Thank you Debbie, I have really enjoyed getting to know you too. Yes 2018 has had its highlights and lowlights for us, but into 2019 with that great outlook of “life does go on”.

Enjoy your first Christmas as a grandmother.

      Denyse x

  4. What a year it’s been for you. Thanks for hosting this link each week. It’s been fabulous connecting with everyone.

    • Pretty big but some of it seems so far away from the reality I have now which is good.

Thank you for being here as regularly as you are. I love your updates and thoughts as well as your wonderful photos.

Happy end-of-work year and enjoy what Christmas in Qld brings.

      Denyse x

  5. Best wishes Denyse. Enjoy Christmas with your family.

  6. Merry Christmas, Denyse!

Thank you for another year of opportunities to think, connect and share.
