Who’s learning mindfulness? 66/365.
I have never been able to really be there ‘in the moment’ and right now, due to my old ways of thinking/doing/being it’s not helping me.
I would like to feel more ‘at ease’ with the newness of my life to date.
I’m trying mindfulness.
Here’s where I started.
Walking. Looking at the sea. Taking time to notice. Reading up on mindfulness. Attempting to sit with my feelings.
It’s going to take some time. I’ll see how I go and report back.
