Do you believe that ‘today’ is the only day we can be sure about?
I’m someone who is ‘into the future’ and who ‘looks back to the past’ more than I am in the ‘moment’.
I’m aware that I can feel better when I’m absorbed in an activity where I am mindful, in the moment and all that.
So, for me it can happen.
It just doesn’t happen often enough for my emotional health to benefit long term.
What am I doing about it?
I’ll think about this and get back to the blog.
Meanwhile, TODAY, I am visiting my Dad who is 91. He lives a lot in the moment NOW.
I am grateful he can teach me more about that!
