Rock Platform Finds. 366/99.

Rock Platform Finds. 366/99.

Last year we started to go on Sunday adventures in the new area where we lived then.

One such place was to Putty Beach within the Bouddi National Park – find information here.

It was both slippery and fascinating all at once. I did need to keep my eyes down to make sure I stayed upright on the wet/mossy rocks and then I got to see even more!

The wonderful scenes within the rock platforms pools and little spaces.

Here’s my selection from that walk back in 2015.

Nature is amazing!

  1. Nature sure is amazing 🙂
You are getting to see some fantastic and interesting things.
    I envy you 🙂

I can’t wait for Rachel to get a bit older so we can take her and she can enjoy these types of adventure more

    • I have found nature to be the closest thing to self-healing in this journey of mine Tanya! When I am ‘outside’ I am not so much in my head and the world attracts all of my senses. You will have awesome times very soon. Next Summer will be ideal for your little girl. Miss 2 (last year) loved exploring this area but we didn’t go onto the platform, she just played in little rock pools she could access from the sand. Bliss!

  2. So cool! I love exploring places like this!

  3. Nature is truly a thing of beauty – not only is it constantly changing, but it’s fascinating exploring new to us places. These looks like some great sights.

  4. Denyse, you know how I feel about nature – LOVE it! Wonderful photographs. Aren’t you lucky to live in such a gorgeous place! Have a great weekend! 🙂 xo

  5. You are so right, nature is amazing. And so different each time you see it!

  6. Very interesting – glad you linked up to show these cool shots. Nature is full of variety, always a surprise up her sleeve!
The new WWoT opens in a few hours – hope to see you there:

  7. Wow! I really love these patterns! Love how you’re making every Sunday a day for adventure 🙂 x

    • Thanks Grace, it was something we did more regularly in 2015 but since B is not nearly as busy as he was then, we tend to get out and about bit more.
